JOE CHANDLER Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member
Joe has over 25 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas service sector, working in various functional and geographic assignments in the US and internationally. For the past several years, Joe held the title of CEO at Yellowjacket Oilfield Services. He served as CEO and on the Board of Directors at ITS Energy Services in Aberdeen and subsequently served as Global VP at Parker Drilling. Additionally, Joe held the role of General Manager for Weatherford in Venezuela.
Joe completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and the New Mexico Military Institute and holds an Executive Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin’s Red McCombs School of Business.

SAM EDWARDS Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer
Sam has over 38 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas services sector, working in various functional and geographic assignments in the US and internationally. Sam has served as COO at Yellowjacket Oilfield Services, VP at American Gilsonite Company, VP of Sales & Marketing at Key Energy Services, SVP of Operations at Foro Energy, VP Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations for Baker Hughes & multiple Operations, Sales and QHSE roles for Schlumberger.
Sam holds an EMBA from Texas A&M University and attended Louisiana State University and the University of Louisiana, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology

GUY ROBERTS Chief Financial Officer
Guy comes with 30 years of accounting, audit and FP&A experience, originally in public accounting before embarking on a career in Oil and Gas services, notably Baker Hughes working in both the UK, North America and the Middle East in roles up to and including CFO. Following Baker’s merger with GE Guy moved to Patterson UTI before taking on the role as CFO at Yellowjacket Oilfield Services. Most recently Guy has worked at Thompson Safety as CFO helping to overseeing the PE backed Safety and Fire protection goods and services growth story driven by acquisition and organic growth. Guy has also founded and sold his own businesses and hence brings unique experiences. Guy joins ZENRG with a strong focus on safety, a core focus of ZENRG, recent acquisition experiences and a strong business acumen to help drive strategic initiatives and there deployment to accelerate our growth and market development and penetration. With a natural strong fiscal oversight whilst supporting the building of a strong safety first, NO blame culture, Guys influence and dedication will be welcome throughout ZENRG. Guy comes from Bryn Pydew, North Wales, holds a BA Hons degree from Liverpool John Moore University (Accounting & Finance) and is a qualified Charted Accountant in England and Wales.

JOE CREDEUR Chief Sales Officer
Joe has over 39 years of experience in the Oil and Gas services sector, working in various functional and geographic assignments in the US. Joe has spent most of his career with SPL, Inc., including business development, VP and EVP roles. As SPL transitioned to private equity investors, with a series of acquisitions and organic growth, Joe led the sales effort to doubling the revenues of the company. Joe also has had operational and sales roles including international experience with Core Lab, ALS Group, Bureau Veritas and Intertek.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Louisiana.

Gina oversees daily operations of Versiv – creating opportunities, building customer and community relationships, and business operations. She brings more than fourteen years of experience in the energy industry with expertise in Natural Gas. Her past leadership roles included Corrosion Management, Integrity Management, GIS Services, Compliance & Asset Management. Before leading the creation of Versiv, Gina was responsible for leading internal live gas operations for a Fortune 200 energy utility company, with specific focus on Hot Tapping & Plugging, Pipeline Pigging, and Cross-Compression services on Distribution, Storage, and Transmission systems across multiple states.
Gina holds a BS in Marketing and Business as well as various industry related certifications such as NACE CIP, Line Master Program, and Case Western Reserve, Executive Women in Leadership Program. Residing in Cleveland Ohio, Gina is a strong supporter of all Cleveland Sports affiliates, and she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, spending time out on the golf course, attending family events, and being out on the lake.

ALEX BETOLAZA Member of Board of Directors
Ramon is a Managing Director of BP Energy Partners (BPEP) and its affiliates. He has more than 25 years of private equity experience across cycles in Europe, the U.S., and Asia.
As a Managing Director of BPEP, Ramon is responsible for deal sourcing and development of the activities of BPEP and its affiliates in Europe, working closely with the BPEP team and serving as a board member of select portfolio companies.
Prior to joining BPEP, he was Co-Founder and Partner of Black Toro Capital, a private equity firm focused on rescue and stabilization of mid-sized companies in Spain.
From 2002 through 2010, Mr. Betolaza was a Partner at MatlinPatterson, a private equity investment firm where he worked in energy sector investments, including power and natural gas, alongside Mr. Watzky in New York and London.
From 1997 to 2002, he was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) Special Situations team in London, the predecessor to MatlinPatterson, where he worked closely with Mr. Watzky in Asia and Europe. Prior to his tenure at CSFB, Mr. Betolaza was an analyst at the Banco Santander High Yield team in London.
Ramon has more than 25 years of global public and private board experience across a wide range of industries and geographies. He currently serves on the boards of BPEP portfolio companies CryoPeak Energy Solutions, Encino Environmental Services, Onboard Dynamics, ZENRG Services, and Smart Wires.
He received a double degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Comercial de Deusto, Spain and earned his MBA, magna cum laude, from the IE Business School in Madrid, where he serves on its U.S. Fund Board.

George is co-founder and managing partner of Energy Innovation Capital. George is an experienced venture capital investor, having co-founded three corporate venture capital groups: Chevron Technology Ventures, ConocoPhillips Technology Ventures Investments and Energy Technology Ventures. He previously worked in Exploration & Production leadership roles at Chevron and is an active member of AAPG, SEG, and SPE. George holds an MBA from Tulane University, a M.S. in Geophysics from the University of Kansas, and a B.S. in Earth Sciences from the University of New Orleans.

HOSSAM ELBADAWY Member of Board of Directors
Hossam is a Technology Partner at SCF and has been with the firm since 2018. He leads the firm’s SCF Venture portfolio, including deal evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities. In addition, he works with the rest of the SCF portfolio companies on energy technology deals and technology strategy.
Before joining SCF, Hossam founded O&G Technologies, a Houston-based technology incubator focused on the oil and gas industry. He has over 29 years of experience in the energy sector, technology development, and commercialization. Hossam has served as Senior Operating Partner at Lime Rock Partners and as CEO of Tercel Oilfield Products, which was successfully sold in May 2016. Before these roles, Hossam spent nearly 17 years at Schlumberger, where he served as Vice President of Manufacturing and managed the company’s leading-edge Rosharon Technology Center and the Houston Product Center.
Hossam received an MBA and Masters in Engineering from Northwestern University, Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree from Ain Shams University, Egypt.

ALEX SZEWCZYK Member of Board of Directors
Alex is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BP Energy Partners (BPEP) and has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 2012. Mr. Szewczyk has more than 20 years of investing experience across multiple asset classes.
As a Managing Partner of BPEP, Alex is responsible for co-managing the investment activities of BPEP and its affiliates, including deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, transaction execution, and setting the strategic direction for BPEP and its affiliated investment entities.
Prior to founding BPEP, he worked for more than a decade for the late T. Boone Pickens at BP Capital, where he was responsible for managing energy-related investments. Mr. Szewczyk served as Co-General Partner of BP Capital’s Equity Fund and was a member of BP Capital’s Investment Committee. BP Capital’s private investments focused on infrastructure, power, renewables, and traditional energy.
Alex has more than 15 years of board experience across a wide range of industries and geographies. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC, a leader in sustainable distributed power and microgrid technologies. He currently serves on the boards of multiple BPEP portfolio companies.
Alex received an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and a BA in economics from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York.

Mark Cizek Board Observer
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mark Cizek is Vice President of Williams’ Gulf assets including fixed and floating structures, over 2,800 miles of subsea natural gas and crude gathering and transmission pipelines, as well as onshore natural gas processing and fractionation facilities.
Mark joined Williams’ Deepwater Engineering & Construction group in 2006 as a project manager of pipelines and Floating Production Systems until moving to the General Manager of Williams Eastern Gulf assets in 2014 where he was responsible for both operational and commercial functions. Mark assumed responsibility for the entire Gulf of Mexico Operations and P&L in 2019.
Prior to joining Williams, Mark worked for both Shell Exploration & Production and TechnipFMC, in technical and commercial roles.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.

Eric Danos Board Observer
Eric is the owner and CEO of Danos Ventures, established to strategically diversify the organization’s energy portfolio and develop additional channels to express the company’s Purpose. A third-generation owner and member of the Danos Board of Directors, Eric began his career at Danos in 2004 as Ops Manger for the international labor division, promoted to VP of International, responsible for all aspects of Danos’ activities in Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Angola, Cameroon, China, and Malaysia, and later served as EVP then Co-CEO before assuming leadership of Danos Ventures in 2020.
Eric previously worked with Simmons & Company international, Stonehenge Capital, and with Chemical Americas Group at ExxonMobil Corporation. He earned a BS in Marketing from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Jesse Guerra, Ph.D. is a Venture Capital Principal at Chevron Technology Ventures, based in Houston, Texas. He focuses on investments in energy technology startups through the Core Energy Fund and Catalyst Program, including companies developing digital solutions for drilling and completions efficiency (PrePad) and autonomous control systems for the maritime industry (Sea Machines Robotics). He is a Texas A&M University alumnus with a background in Petroleum Engineering.
GREG GUIDRY Board Observer
Greg is a senior executive with line leadership experience across the global oil & gas value chain. Retired from his position of Executive Vice President – Unconventionals for Royal Dutch Shell in October 2018 after six years in the role and nearly 37 years with the company. He previously headed Shell’s Upstream businesses across Europe, based in The Netherlands and has a history at Shell that covers multiple facets of the industry including offshore conventional and deepwater, onshore unconventionals and midstream.
Greg serves as a senior adviser to Oaktree Capital and as director of portfolio companies Liberty Resources, LLC, PureWest Energy, Caerus Oil & Gas. He is also on the boards of Danos and Sky High for Kids and is on the Dean’s Advisory board for the College of Engineering at University of Louisiana and Dean’s Advisory Board for the LSU Honor’s College.
